Four Ways of Human Behavior

1) The Passive Way --- People exhibiting passive behavior tend to the needs of others more than their own, as they think they are inferior to others. Passive people may not agree to what others say, but they usually follow others' decisions to avoid confrontation, blame, or responsibility. However, passive people suffer from self-esteem-related issues such as depression, as their needs are always overlooked. 2) The Aggressive Way --- Aggressive people believe in standing up for their rights, even if it comes at the cost of jeopardizing the rights and hurting the feelings of other people. They believe in exerting their own rights, but not in equal rights. They usually get their own way by bullying, intimidating, or being pushy with others. Over a period of time, they suffer from isolation issues, as people are unlikely to stay affectionate with aggressive people for long. 3) Passive-Aggressive Way --- People who exhibit this behavior do it to retain some order of freedom ...

The Lion is always ready to face any mountain, any challenges, any barrier that crosses his part, no matter how big they are? The Lion walks with confidence. The Lion dares anything and it's never afraid. The Lion believes, he is unstoppable. The Lion is a risk taker. The Lion believes any animal is food for him. Ratings: India Tour of West Indies 2016

When they landed in the Caribbean, expectations were firmly upon the young Indian team to assert their dominance against a struggling West Indies unit. Armed with a new head coach in Anil Kumble, they looked forward to a new era. The action began at a stadium named after the iconic Sir Viv Richards where India announced their intentions by going in with five specialist bowling options and registered anemphatic innings victory (their biggest outside Asia). With West Indies conceding a massive 304-run lead at Sabina Park, things seemed to be unraveling pretty quickly. However, an unexpected rear guard from Roston Chase and company denied them a second successive triumph. But, normalcy was restored as the visitors worked on their shortcomings and returned to take anunassailable lead in St Lucia. Needing another win to retain the number one ranking, they were left frustrated with insufficient drainage facilities at Port of Spain whichled to a farcical end to the proceedings. Let u...

Arjuna Award to Ajinkya Rahane

* India Test vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane will receive the 2016 Arjuna Award for his contribution to sport * Rahane is perhaps one of the most consistent batsmen in the Indian batting lineup at the moment and it remains to be seen what the 27-year old can achieve from here. * Apurvi Chandela, Lalita Babar, and Shiva Thapa are among the other awardees. * The 27-year old Ajinkya Rahane grabbed all the headlines when he smashed his seventh and eighth century in the ongoing series against the West Indies. Although Rahane has not really been challenged by a West Indies side that is going through a terrible transition at the moment, one thing that is clear is the fact that Rahane is as tough as nails and has showcased a combination of grit and character in the past. * His nomination has also been well received by many especially those who are a fan of his soft personality and gritty batting abilities. In a nutshell, he is clearly the incarnation of Rahul Dravid in the Indian cricket ...
