Tips to Simplify your Life

* Meditate regularly, - 10-15 minutes a day is enough to clear mental clutter.

* Cut negative people out of your life. Bullies, manipulators, users, close-minded, narcissists bring misery only. Confronting them is a futile exercise.

* Make a routine for your day. Decide what you have to do, how you going to do it and start doing it. No procrastination.

* Let go - Let go the things which is making you sad. Let go the people who create hindrance in your success. Just let go.

* Forgive - Forgive yourself for your past mistakes. Forgive others for the damage they cause you. Forgive, The more you will be at peace, the more you will perform your tasks efficiently.

* Acceptance - Accept the things as they are. Don't try to change what you can't control.

* Cut down negative habits - Smoking, drinking, procrastination, overthinking isn't worth doing.

* Keep a positive perspective - A negative mind and a positive life can't breathe together.

* Learn to say no - No to negative people. No to negative situations. No to the things which disturb your peaceful life. No to the things which doesn't add any productive output in life.

* Follow your intuition. Don't get convinced by everyone and everything. Apply your brain.
